New Product Development Experience
Improving Capability and
Capacity for New Product Development (NPD). A leading company in

it with more speed and agility. Catalyst sped up implementation of this strategic

statement. Then, Catalyst facilitated a series of discussions to help
the company develop an integrated approach to product innovation. This
process
assured that it invested its development capital in
strategically-aligned and profitable products.

capability and improvement The company culture became much more
embracing of "fact based management"
- Piloted several new teams to improve feature
definition and cross functional project delivery that eliminated waste and
improved time to market
- Trained middle managers (functional
managers) to help them understand roles and responsibilities in supporting
fast-to-market project teams
