Our project acceleration workshop approach helps to be a team" at the startup of a project by focusing on the project tasks.  We help firms build true teams by focusing on  role clarity so that each individual understands how they fit and what they're responsible for, the "run rules" and the "fun rules" so the group understands its processes for making decisions and creating collaboration and accountability. We find that common language helps to assure good communications and efficient execution.
