Training & Mentoring Project Staff
How to Capture Customer Requirements and Develop Project Scope. This is a very popular offering, and we have a number of repeat clients (for some, we have tailored the course to their methods). The course is offered through the Project Management Institute World Seminars and the University of Toledo, too.  We also have an advanced requirements workshop that provides additional tools and coaching on asking good questions, and on writing good requirements specifications.

Improving Quality of Requirements 
Catalyst has helped clients move their projects quickly into execution.  In our requirements walkthroughs (document review), we facilitate a team review of existing documents and process efforts to help the team assure that they will achieve the  desired results.  Here are the typical levels of service for review of a requirements document.
* Level 1 - Catalyst performs a detailed inspection and issues a written analysis.  
* Level 2 - Catalyst performs a detailed inspection, issues a written analysis, and then discusses the analysis with the project analyst (usually by telephone)
* Level 3 - A comprehensive and ongoing coaching of the project team.
