A Joint Requirements Planning clinic is a facilitated approach to capturing requirements.  Catalyst Management Consulting can provide qualified facilitators to help your organization with the requirements capture and documentation process for a project or organization.  This includes:

• Interviewing and group facilitation techniques to capture and prioritize needs and define/specify requirements.  We encourage the group to ask and use the three "magic questions" of requirements elicitation.
• Writing good requirements document for business, product, and technology requirements.
• Creating a repository for retrieval, tracing, and other quality assurance activities
• Process definition of the "as is" and "to be" state, identifying and measuring gaps, and supporting strategies to achieve the transition.

Note:  A Joint Requirements Planning Clinic is NOT the same as Joint Application Development (although they share many of the same purposes and techniques).
